General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the lessor and the renter when renting motor vehicles.

1. Rental conditions

A vehicle may be rented to a natural person over 21 years of age who has held a valid category B driving licence for at least 1 year. When concluding the contract, the renter must present a valid ID and driving licence.

2. Price and deposit

The rental price follows the current price list based on rental length. When picking up the vehicle, the renter pays a refundable deposit of €300, which covers any damage or excess. The deposit is returned once the vehicle is returned undamaged.

3. Insurance

All vehicles have compulsory third-party insurance and comprehensive insurance. In the event of an insured incident, the renter must immediately inform the lessor and call the police if required by law.

4. Renter's obligations

  • To use the vehicle solely for normal traffic and in accordance with the conditions.
  • Not to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • To return the vehicle on the agreed date, clean and with the same amount of fuel.
  • Report any fault or damage to the vehicle.

5. Long-term rental

For long-term rental (24, 36 or 48 months), fixed monthly costs are agreed that include insurance, servicing, seasonal tyre changes, taxes, motorway tolls and assistance services. Details are part of the individual contract.

6. Final provisions

Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other legislation of the Slovak Republic. The lessor reserves the right to update the Terms.
