Privacy policy (GDPR)

The operator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

What data we process

First and last name, e-mail, phone number and data required to conclude the vehicle rental contract (ID and driving licence number).

Purpose and legal basis

  • Processing the reservation and concluding the contract – performance of the contract.
  • Responding to an enquiry via the contact form – legitimate interest / consent.
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations (accounting) – legal obligation.
  • Marketing and traffic measurement – solely on the basis of your consent (cookies).

Retention period

We keep personal data only for the period necessary for the given purpose, or for the period required by law (e.g. accounting records for 10 years).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
